My 10-years experience first began and developed in the music industry: in those years (2001-2004) I have dealt with the
creation, promotion and management of web and community sites. I currently work as a freelancer in the web industry,
providing web development, web administration and internet consulting for a portfolio of more than 50 clients. A several
years experience in IT and a good knowledge of programming languages as HTML, PHP, CSS and MySql makes me feel
comfortable with understanding technical aspects of web applications.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Founder / CEO, since 7/2008
Currently I am a freelance web developer and consultant: in the last 2 years I have built and I personally manage a portfolio of more than 50 clients and I manage a dedicated linux server (with Plesk panel) with over 70 domains configured and running. When my skills are not enough to deliver the project I use to outsource advanced PHP programming and web design to reliable freelancers I work with from the day I started my freelance career.

Congenio provides consulting, professional training and development in e-Business & IT and Online-Marketing. “Sito Visibile” has been their main services related to SEO, PPC and Web Analysis.

TeamWorld, Milano
Community manager / Account, from 10/2001 to 10/2004
TeamWorld was born from SugarNet, the New Media division of Sugar Music Group. Funded in 1932, Sugar Music Group is the main Italian music company and one of the biggest in Europe. We were the first company in Italy who managed E-Team and Street Team, following the great success they had in the States. We worked on projects for SonyBMG, Universal Music, EMI Music (Avril Lavigne, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Maroon 5, Foo Fighters and many more) as first company.

My responsibilities included
- Community/social networking, Managing fan clubs, Press release and marketing assets, Coordinate promotions

IT SKILLS
I code website in simple HTML + CSS (or using open source CMS) from the 2001 but in the last 2 yers I learned a lot from the freelance programmers I worked with and time after time I started coding in native PHP by myself. In addition to native PHP I have advanced skills on the following open source CMS:
- WordPress: is my favourite open source CMS.
- Magento: to test this platform I’ve created the an ecommerce music website: www.mymu.it.
- Joomla has been my choice for the first websites I did when I started my freelance career.

- Programming languages: HTML (advanced), CSS (advanced), PHP (good), ASP (basic)
- Database: MySql (advanced)
- Operative systems: Ms Dos and Windows up to Windows Vista, Mac OS X Leopard (both advanced)
- Web server: Ability to fully administer Linux server with Plesk panel (very good)
- Other software: Adobe Photoshop (very good), Corel Draw (good), Adobe Flash (basic)
- Microsoft Office up to version 2007 (Win) and 2008 (Mac), Open Office
